We offer nationwide delivery. Please call or e mail for pricing for next and second day deliveries. UPS 3-5 ground pricing is standards on our website. We cannot ship highly perishable items 3-5 days. These Items will be shipped over night and we will have to get custom pricing. We will ship whole baskets, upon request we can ship "naked" or without basket witch will offer a big saving on all overnight and second day deliveries. We reserve the right to increase all shipping fees due to shipping outside the 48 contiguous states.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and outside contiguous states

All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to custom pricing. The prices for shipping there are higher and we reserve the right to charge according to the UPS rates for that destination.

Deliveries 5280Gourmet

All deliveries will be made between 9 am and 7 pm. Same day is possible , cut off is 12 noon. Same day delivery is by availability only. We will try our best to meet time requirements, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain time. The delivery charge covers two delivery attempts. When there is no one home we will try to leave the basket with neighbors or in a sheltered place if possible. If we cannot make the delivery, we will try to contact the recipient to arrange for a delivery time that is convenient. Delivery charges are non refundable. When there are items that can spoil we will cal ahead to make delivery arrangements. This is to ensure that the recipient can enjoy the products.

There are no Sunday deliveries.

When weather or other circumstances prohibit normal driving, we will redeliver the soonest possible time. Canceled orders will have a $ 10 cancellation fee and orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery. No deliveries on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day or Sundays. Mountain deliveries - add $7.50 Mountain deliveries are usually not same day. We make a mountain route once a week usually on Tuesday or Wednesday. All mountain deliveries are subject to availability, and can be canceled at any time. We will call ahead to make sure that recipient is home.

Delivery minimums
Due to the increase in delivery cost we have to implement minimums. The minimum for the following cities is a product value of $ 45.00:
Boulder, Louisville, Ken Caryl. Parts of Littleton and Highlands Ranch (south and west of E/C 470) Parts of Aurora (East and South of E C470) Parker, Castle Rock, Frankentown, Brighton, and other destinations. There might be an additional $ 3.50 fee. Redeliveries are not available for these cities and we will call ahead if we think it is necessary.

Time deliveries are extra. If you want a basket to be there at a certain time it will be an additional $ 5.00. Time deliveries are 10-12 pm, 12-2 pm, 2-4 pm, and 4-6 pm. Subject to availability.
